PROCESS AND EQUIPMENTS FOR RECYCLING OF MULTI-LAYER FILMS CONTAINING AN ALUMINUM LAYER

Provided are a method for recycling a multilayered film containing an aluminum layer by removing an aluminum component for the easy recycling of a plastic film, and its apparatus. The method comprises the steps of mounting a multilayered film containing an aluminum layer of the state itself drawn from a roll, adding a porous material to it, or adding a porous material to the cut or pulverized multilayered film between rotation rolls(31) in at least one fold; allowing the multilayered film mounted between rotation rolls to be dipped in a dissolution solution of a dissolution bath(50) and to move along between the rotation rolls in the dissolution bath to dissolve an aluminum component; and allowing the remaining film to move along the upper and lower rotation rolls(61, 62) in a washing bath(60) to dilute the dissolution solution and impurities adhered to the surface of a film and to wash the film.
