A device and a method for measuring body fat in order to manage exercise and food based on the four form medical science are provided to measure the body fat, determine a physical constitution, and supply diet information and kind of desired exercise according to the physical constitution to a user. An input/output unit(200) includes a touch screen and thermal printer. A food database(160) stores food according to the physical constitution and corresponding calories based on four form medical science. A questionnaire database(210) stores a plurality of questionnaires for determining the physical constitution. A body fat calculating database(140) stores degrees of the body fat corresponding to a bio impedance value based on the BIA(Bio Impedance Analysis). An exercise database(180) stores a plurality of exercises and corresponding calories. A bio impedance measuring unit(190) measures the bio impedance of the user by approving an electric current.
