PURPOSE: Provided are a porous/biodegradable carrier which is produced by combining a tissue under mucous membrane of small intestine or a bone powder of mammals with synthetic polymer, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The carrier is produced by combining a biomaterial such as tissue under mucous membrane of small intestine or bone powder of mammals with synthetic polymer. The mammals are selected from cattle, pig, rabbit, mouse, and so on. The synthetic polymer is at least one of chitin, chitosan, alginic acid, polylactic acid(PLA), polyglycolic acid(PGA), lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer(PLGA), polyhydroxybutyric acid, polycaprolactone, polyanhydride, and polyalkylcyano acrylate. The carrier has both advantages of biodegradable synthetic polymer carrier and natural material.
