Biological Nutrient Removal Device Using Rotating Biological Contactor Package system

PURPOSE: To provide a package treatment system of sewage and wastewater using rotary disk, wherein the system consumes in a less amount of power and is constructed in a simple structure compared with an existing rotary disk, an underwater agitator is not necessary since underwater agitation is possible only by using a rotary disk rotated in the water, and shaft load and power consumption are reduced by reducing unit load. CONSTITUTION: The package treatment system of sewage and wastewater using rotary disk comprises an anoxic rotary disk reactor(2), a nitrification rotary disk reactor(4), an inner circulation tank(6), a sedimentation tank(8) and a chemical injector(10), wherein the anoxic rotary disk reactor and the nitrification rotary disk reactor are installed on a single shaft and driven by a single driving motor, wherein a driving motor of the rotary disk is an inverter motor or varied speed motor and properly maintain and control dissolved oxygen concentration released from the nitrification rotary disk reactor by controlling a driving speed(circumferential speed) of the rotary disk, and wherein the anoxic rotary disk reactor maintains a gap of 15 cm or more between an upper part and a lower part of the rotary disk, the upper part of the rotary disk is distanced from the surface of water in a distance of 15 cm, a space of 15 cm or more is formed at left and right sides of the rotary disk, and the anoxic rotary disk reactor is sealed with the nitrification rotary disk reactor in a grand packing manner.
