INNER WALL ASSEMBLY IN FILTRATION PLANT FOR WATERWORKS

PURPOSE: An inner wall assembly of a filtration plant for waterworks is provided to use semipermanently and improve assembling and construction efficiencies by forming stainless panels and extension shafts. CONSTITUTION: A stainless/duplex steel inner wall assembly of a filtration plant for waterworks is composed of extension shafts(100), baffle panels(200), and diffuser panels(300). The extension shaft regulates the length of the shaft by combining upper and lower ends(110,111) with a shaft length-regulating member(114) to generate supporting force to the work field in the filtration plant. The baffle panels are welded and fixed between the extension shafts and integrated with a U-shaped connection unit at a predetermined side portion integrally extended, bent, and welded to settle the panels to each other. The diffuser panel has same material, shape, and fixation method with the baffle panel and a plurality of diffuser holes equally perforated about a planar surface to pass water. The baffle panels and the diffuser panel are settled by the panel-integrated U-shaped connection unit and then welded, combined by bolts, and layered to form a wall body.
