PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a revetment block using waste tires is provided to cut down the manufacturing cost of the revetment block using synthetic resins such as waste tires and to grow plants planted on the revetment block effectively. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for the revetment block using waste tires comprises the steps of manufacturing an unit block(20) having a culture groove(23), an outer guide groove(24) and an inner guide groove(25) to promote growth of plants, coupling four unit blocks(20) by forming a straight socket(31), forming a horizontal connecting cross socket(32) having a culture groove(36) and a guide groove(35) to promote growth of plants, then fixing to a ground, and forming a fixing pack(40) to supply nutritive substance to plants.
