HIGH PERFORMANCE WATER-REDUCING AGENT FROM A MIXED FUEL OIL AND PREPARING METHOD FOR THE SAME

Provided is a high performance water-reducing agent, which uses mixed fuel oil available at low cost, has stable quality, and is useful for a cement admixture and dispersing agent in various industrial fields. The high performance water-reducing agent is based on pyrolysis fuel oil and pyrolysis gas oil generated from a naphtha cracking process and comprises a salt of sulfated product obtained by sulfating and neutralizing mixed fuel oil having a controlled viscosity of 1,000-10,000 Cp(25 deg.C) and a controlled specific gravity of 1.0-1.3(25 deg.C), wherein the content of sulfate ion(SO4^2-) is 5.0 wt% or less expressed on the basis of a liquid product with a concentration of 40 wt%. The high performance water-reducing agent preferably has a pH of 8-10 and solid content of 40-45 wt%.
