PURPOSE: Provided are an Uncariae sinensis extract showing anti-aging effect on cells and cosmetics or food additives comprising the same as an active ingredient which effectively protect the skin from aging. CONSTITUTION: Uncariae sinensis extract is obtained by extracting with alcohol, as an extracting solvent, selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol and butanol. Cosmetics, such as lotion, nutrition cream and emulsion, or food additives characteristically comprises the Uncariae sinensis extract and effectively inhibit cell aging.
