Fabricating method of cubic map for mountains

PURPOSE: A method for designing a stereographic map of mountains is provided to increase vibrancy and reality by transforming geographical information into vectors to simulate the geographical information in three-dimensional space shape. CONSTITUTION: Vector images are created on the basis of a two-dimensional map. The vector images are transformed into vector data by matching adjacent vector images out of the vector images(S2), to thereby generate a shading source for expressing a stereoscopic image(S3). A mapping source is created by using mapping techniques(S4). A light angle is set to an image that is generated on the basis of the shading source and the mapping source(S5). A three-dimensional graphic object is formed by projecting two-dimensional information on the image(S7). After compensating the three-dimensional graphic object, a stereographic map for mountains is manufactured(S9).
