DETOXIFICATION METHOD OF DIOXINS IN INCINERATION ASHES USING SLAG

PURPOSE: Provided is a detoxification method of dioxins in incineration ash at low cost with high efficiency by hydrothermal synthesis between slag and dioxins. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing slurry by mixing 1 to 75 wt.% of incineration ash, 5 to 95 wt.% of slag and 3 to 30 wt.% of water, and (b) causing hydrothermal reaction by heating the slurry at a temperature in the range of 100 to 300 deg.C for 5 to 40 minutes.
