PURPOSE: A method is provided to remove abnormal data generated by internal factors as well as external factors, such as dynamic noise or an unstable contact of a probe by using a blood component analysis system using a spectroscopy. CONSTITUTION: A method includes a step of collecting a PPG signal for a predetermined time with respect to first and second wavelengths(31). Parameters are calculated with respect to the n-number of pulse data included in the collected PPG signal(34). Then, an average value of the n-number of parameters is calculated(35). Then, it is determined whether or not the n-number of pulse data is available by comparing values of the parameters deviating from the average value with a predetermined reference value(37).
