Deletion mutant of ANX-I containing C-terminal amino acid region of ANX-I

PURPOSE: Provided is a deletion mutant of ANX(annexin)-I containing C-terminal amino acid region of ANX-I, which inhibits the activity of cPLA2 and acts as a negative regulator to cPLA2 in signal delivery of a cell and is useful as a regulator of the cell reaction, such as anti-inflammatory reaction, cell membrane fusion, differentiation and etc. CONSTITUTION: The deletion mutant of ANX-I has characteristically the amino acid sequence represented by 15 phsphoamino acids at C-terminal of ANX-I. It characteristically inhibits the activity of PLA2.
