Disclosed are a serial port driver structure supporting virtual dual serial ports and a method of managing these ports using the same. The serial port driver includes a first virtual serial port used for transmitting and receiving an AT command that performs a telephone function and a control function, and an AT command and a PPI for a data communication service.
