The paper making process using of a fourdrinier machine not to discharge wastewater

PURPOSE: A paper making process using a fourdrinier paper machine is provided to conduct the paper making in a cost effective manner while preventing possible water pollution by effectively and continually recycling the white water used in the paper making process. CONSTITUTION: In a process of making a paper using a fourdrinier paper machine, the paper material decomposed at a beater(100) is ejected to a wire(210) via a head box(120). When the wire moves, the paper material is first-dehydrated by way of a hydro foil(212) positioned close to the bottom of the wire. When the wire passes over a plurality of suction boxes(213), the paper material is second-dehydrated. The wire and a wet paper(221) are separated from each other by way of couch rolls(214). Alien materials are removed from the wire by way of a high pressure fan box(215). The wire is then cleaned by way of the water generated by the hydro foil. The dehydrated water and the wire-cleaned water which is the white water(240), are collected in a white water collector(241). The collected white water is fed into an aeration tank(400), and purified to make the recycling thereof.
