PURPOSE: A collimator for radiosurgery, a collimator adapter for the collimator and an installation holder for the collimator adapter are provided to carry out a mounting and releasing in an instant, thereby not wasting a time taken in changing the collimator during a surgery. CONSTITUTION: The collimator adapter for supporting the collimator(49) comprises a sliding plate(45) which is mounted on a mount holder(40), is spaced from a radiation emission part and has a through hole formed on; a cylindrical holder body which is extended vertically to the sliding plate and has a supporting groove on a peripheral side thereof; and a mount holder(47) which moves relatively to the holder body and has a removable part of the collimator to the holder body.
