Cosmetic Composition Comprising Sophorae Flos Extract and Arbutin for Skin Whitening

PURPOSE: Provided is a whitening cosmetic composition containing an extract of Sophorae Flos and arbutin which involves excellent whitening and very low skin stimulation, and enhances the whitening efficacy with the co-use of the two contents. CONSTITUTION: The whitening cosmetic composition comprises 4-6wt.% of a Sophorae Flos extract, and 0.8-1.2wt.% of arbutin. The cosmetic composition is made in the form of a solution, a suspension, an emulsion, a paste, a gel, a cream, a lotion, a powder, a soap, a surfactant-containing cleanser, an oil, a powder foundation, a wax foundation, or a spray.
