PURPOSE: A stereophonic cellular phone terminal and a stereophonic effect realizing method in the cellular phone terminal are provided to process a monophonic sound source in a portable phone when the monophonic sound source is supplied instead of a stereophonic sound source, and to create the stereophonic sound source, thereby realizing a stereophonic effect in a cellular phone terminal. CONSTITUTION: An MSM chip(20) transmits an original sound source signal to a DSP(22). The DSP(22) creates an output signal without a time delay and an output signal with a time delay by processing the sound source signal, and inputs the two output signals to a DAC(24). The DAC(24) converts the two output signals into analog signals, and inputs 4 converted signals to a multiplexer(26). The multiplexer(26) inputs the 4 analog signals to an amplifier(28) by controlling a path of the DSP(22). The amplifier(28) amplifies the 4 analog signals, and transmits the amplified signals to 4 speakers(25-1-25-4), respectively.
