A Salt Crystal And A Salt Crystal Manufacturing Method For Revival Of Soft Water

PURPOSE: Salt compacts as recycling materials for water-softening equipment are provided, which has high solubility for ease of use, and high strength for carriage and storage. CONSTITUTION: The salt compacts are produced by the following steps of: (S1) grinding salt having moisture content less than 30%; (S2) classifying ground salt powder having less than 15% of moisture content to prevent the solidification of salt, according to the sizes; (S3) forming classified salt powder having 15-25% of moisture content, as an adhesive. The salt powder classified into the size of 50, 50-100, 100-150, 150-200 and 200-300 micrometer are formed under the pressure of 320-407, 320-410, 340-425, 360-445 and 380-465kg/cm2, respectively.
