An air conditioning system of a driver's seat for a bus is provided to increase the space efficiency by reducing a space occupied by an air conditioner system and to maximize the efficiency of a refrigerant by shortening a flow circuit of the refrigerant. An air conditioner system of a driver's seat for a bus uses direct current power supply generated from an alternator so that the air conditioner system of the driver's seat is operated separately from a main air conditioner. The air conditioner system of the driver's seat includes a compressor(20), a condenser(30) and an HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) unit(10) directly connected with the alternator. The compressor and the condenser are mounted at the rear of a wind shield glass opposite to the driver's seat. The HVAC unit is installed in the center of a front of a bus, wherein the HVAC unit is adjacent to the compressor and the condenser to increase the efficiency of a refrigerant circuit.
