The present invention relates to a device for removing organic matter and nitrogen from wastewater, and more specifically, a step 1 and sufficient to apply solid matter treatment time (SRT) by removing organic matter in water with aerobic microorganisms and aeration and peroxidation for nitrification. It consists of two stages using the principle of oxidizing nitric oxide (NO 3 -N) by desulfurization denitrification, converting various types of sulfur compounds into sulfate ions and simultaneously converting nitric oxide into nitrogen gas form. In induction of organic matter removal and nitrification, organic matter removal and nitrification occurs through the immersion membrane, and in the second step, denitrification is transferred to a denitrification tank mixed with sulfur and limestone or apatite. At this time, the inner cylinder of the mixed filling denitrification tank is to be processed using a three-stage cylindrical structure adopting the up-flow flow, the middle cylinder the down-flow flow, and the outer cylinder the up-flow flow. The present invention relates to a device for removing organic matter and nitrogen from wastewater, which has an effect of increasing treatment efficiency by maximizing the probability of contacting the sulfur and limestone or twilight filler of wastewater.
