Agent for prophylaxis and treatment of arthritis and arthrosis comprises the following components taken in equal parts: plantain extract or black elder flower extract, pot-marigold extract, thyme extract or elecampane roots extract, cowberry leaves extract, dandelion roots extract or burdock roots extract, or wild rose extract. Agent can comprise additionally sage extract as an active component, and nettle extract or bur-marigold extract, or violet pensy extract. Agent represents a liquid agent or tablet, or capsule with the content of active components 0.05-1 wt.-%. Agent can comprise sweetening agent and preserving agent additionally.
