METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT PHYSICAL REHABILITATION OF COMPLICATED MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION PATIENTS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves administering medicamentous therapy and electric stimulation with low frequency current pulses treating skeletal muscles after having achieved rapid relief of pain syndrome symptoms and stabilized hemodynamic pattern. Two 1 h long sessions are applied in every day mode. Electric stimulation treatment starts beginning from the second day with series of 16 s long pulses with 5 s long pauses and frequency of 21±10 to 120±10 Hz having trapezoid pulse amplitude envelope pattern. Direct abdominal muscles, dorsal extensors, gluteal muscles and posterior femoral muscles, anterior femoral muscles, gastrocnemius muscle both symmetrically right and left are stimulated. When applying the first session, any four channels are used for carrying out stimulation.
