The walls and flanges of the working chamber are provided with the cooling jacket. The rods of the clamps and wires of the heater are provided with passages for cooling. The inner side of the cooling jacket is provided with heat insulation member. The heater is made of a spiral and mounted in the working chamber to allow the specimen to be inside the spiral.
