FIELD: medicine, gynecology.;SUBSTANCE: one should carry out endosurgical organ-saving operation. On the 3d d after operation one should prescribe magneto-laser therapy at wave length being 0.89 mcm, impulse sequence frequency being 1500 Hz and direct magnetic field tension being 25-50 mTl onto projection of uterine adnexa during morning hours, daily, for 6 d, exposure time being 4 min, three areas/seance, in combination with complex antiphlogistic therapy.
