FIELD: organic chemistry, agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention proposes substituted isoxazolines of the general formula (I) or their salts:; ;wherein R1 means carboxyl, carboxamide, N-(4-chlorophenyl)-aminocarbonyl, N,N-dimethylaminocarbonyl, N-methylaminocarbonyl, residue of formulas:; ;wherein R means hydrogen atom, alkyl with 1-18 carbon atoms that can be substituted with halide, hydroxy-group, alkoxy-group with 1-8 carbon atoms, alkylthio-group with 1-8 carbon atoms, alkoxycarbonyl with 1-8 carbon atoms in alkoxy moiety or phenyl; R5 and R6 are similar or different and mean independently of one another alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; or R5 and R6 form in common alkylene chain with 2-4 carbon atoms; R2 means hydrogen atom, alkyl with 1-18 carbon atoms that can be substituted with cyano-group or alkoxycarbonyl with 1-4 carbon atoms in alkoxyl group, cycloalkyl with 3-8 carbon atoms, alkenyl with 2-8 carbon atoms, alkoxy-group with 1-18 carbon atoms or alkylthio-group with 1-18 carbon atoms; R3 and R4 mean independently of one another alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 3-12 carbon atoms that are useful as antidotes for herbicides in cultural plants. Substituted isoxazolines of above given formula (I) or their salts are prepared by interaction of compound of the general formula (II): R3R4C=CHR2 wherein R2, R3 and R4 have above given values with nitrile oxide of the general formula (III): (-)O-N=(+)C-R.
