METHOD FOR TREATING CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF FEMALE SMALL PELVIC ORGANS

FIELD: medicine, physiotherapy, gynecology.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied in practical health care at treating women with chronic inflammatory diseases of internal reproductive organs. After minimal adaptation one should perform ultrasound inhalations with magnetized hydrogen sulfide solution at hydrogen sulfide concentration being 30 mg/l and aerosol flow rate being 5 l/min for 2 min followed by butyric inhalation by altering procedures every other day with vaginal irrigations with hydrogen sulfide solution at constant concentration being1 50 mg/l. Since the third day of therapy one should daily apply EHF-therapy at wave length of 5.6 mm onto biologically active points of general action, such as E36, Gi4, RP6, V62, T4 and local action, such as J2, J4, R12, E28, P7, V32, V23 per 5 min onto each point, 8 balneo- and 10 physioprocedures/course. The method enables to achieve improved psycho-emotional status, restore neuro-endocrine regulation of reproductive system, decrease inflammatory process and improve ovarian function, increase inspecific body resistance, normalize cell and humoral immunity and correct exchange-metabolic shifts.;EFFECT: shortened terms and decreased price of therapy.;1 ex, 3 tbl
