FIELD: medical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: device has thermal pulsating thermod and breathing movements sensor connected to control unit. The thermod is manufactured as metal lattice frame having two lateral ribs manufactured from high conductivity metal like copper connected to each other with sequentially joined nichrome wire pieces in equal intervals equal to 2 mm. The thermod is mounted in additional dielectric plate space being 2-3 mm thick and is 1/4 times the thickness far from the working lower surface. The metal lattice frame ribs are shorter in length than additional dielectric plate width. They are located near opposite lateral end faces 2-3 mm far from its edge. Upper surface of the additional dielectric plate has heat exchange with supporting plate manufactured from plastic material having heat conductivity coefficient within the limits of 20-80 W/(m K) like lead, thickness of 3-4 mm. Two thermoelectric batteries which are connected to its upper surface by means of heat-radiating junctions conjugated to the radiators.;EFFECT: high accuracy in determining heat treatment action temperature range.;2 dwg
