FIELD: oil industry.;SUBSTANCE: method includes adjustment of operation of pump by controlling pressure and feed by frequency-adjusted drive, measuring well liquid temperature at pump intake, measuring and limiting temperature inside the body of drive electric engine. Oscillation acceleration is measured in two planes of body, and pressure is measured as well in hydraulic protection compensator of drive electric engine. Actual indication well diagram is previously determined. Measured pressure is recalculated at pump intake into appropriate values of face pressure. Working point is selected on actual indication diagram. Required value of face pressure is determined. Said value is set and supported by controlling frequency-adjusted drive, providing for monotonousness of transfer process with consideration of well dynamic characteristics. Frequency-adjusted drive is controlled with consideration of limit of maximum allowed vibration acceleration values in two planes of body of drive electric engine. temperature is limited inside electric engine body with consideration of well liquid temperature at pump intake, pressure in hydraulic protection compensator of drive electric engine and speeds of their alternation.;EFFECT: higher efficiency, higher oil yield, higher durability.;3 cl, 4 dwg
