FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: body of guide block, lowered into well on lifting pipes, is made of a portion of thick-walled metallic pipe with diameter, equal to diameter of lowered down-pump equipment, and length, equal or less than actual length of down-pump equipment, with metallic tail piece and stopper mounted hermetically on its ends. Inside the body of guide block electronic measuring system and video objective or photo-electronic device are positioned, which device consists of narrowly directed light emitter mounted in edge portion of stopper along its axis, which light beam goes along central axis of guide block body, and also device has light receiver block mounted in tail piece on the other side, distance between which is more than 2 meters. Light receiver consist of independent light-sensitive elements, positioned in circle in form of concentric rings enclosed one in another with central ring having diameter no less than 1 millimeter. Width of light-sensitive rings is equal to 0.1-5 millimeters. Tail piece of guide block has physical sensors for measuring temperature, pressure and holding sleeve connections in casing column, connected to electronic measuring circuit. Electronic measuring circuit has galvanic power source, analog-digital converter, quartz resonator, energy-independent solid-bodied electronic memory device and interface for reading information in digital form in real timescale.;EFFECT: minimized effect or full prevention of bending loads, affecting down-pump equipment.;2 cl, 1 dwg
