METHOD FOR TREATING EARLY STAGE OF OSTEOCHONDROPATHY OF HIP JOINT

FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology.;SUBSTANCE: before introducing needles it is necessary to prescribe the course of muscular relaxants, then one should introduce needles out of subtrochanterian area into collum femoris along its perimeter, moreover, majority of needles - into inferior departments. Additionally, one should introduce needles oblique-longitudinally from the side of greater trochanter at an angle towards collum's axis, during joint's unloading process with the help of compression-distraction apparatus one should perform reciprocal replacement and axial rotation of needles in the course of successively performed courses of bony tissue and angioprotectors' resorption inhibitors. Then comes the course of biostimulants after dosed removal of needles introduced into the collum. In peculiar case, during operation one should additionally carry out osteoperforation of superacetabular area of patient's ilium. In peculiar case, after removal of needles introduced into the collum, along with the course of biostimulants, one should conduct physiotherapeutic therapy at alternating impact onto area of autonomic ganglia in lumbar department of vertebral column and coxotrochanterian muscles.
