METHOD OF PREPARATION OF WATER-AND-COAL FUEL FOR BURNING IN POWER BOILER PLANT

FIELD: power engineering; boiler plants of thermal power stations, industrial boiler houses.;SUBSTANCE: prior to preliminary heating of fuel, its effective viscosity μ_0, temperature T₀ and concentration of coal C₀ of finished fuel are determined and magnitude of maximum effective viscosity of fuel μ is preset depending on conditions of spraying, maximum temperature T and maximum coal concentration C in fuel directed for spraying. Condensation heat exchanger is partially filled with water-and-coal fuel for forming water vapor in upper part of cavity and open surface in lower part of cavity. Water component of fuel is evaporated by removal of water vapor from upper part of cavity with the air of vacuum pump and maintenance of pressure in it below atmospheric.;EFFECT: enhanced operational and economical efficiency.;1 dwg
