FIELD: oil producing industry; hydraulic machine building.;SUBSTANCE: proposed submersible pump is furnished with safety valve made for connecting pump pressure chamber with tubing annular space if pressure differential between pressure chamber and annular space exceeds preset value. Shutoff member of safety valve is made in shape of ball, being installed for rotation relative to its axis. Safety valve contains at least two series-mounted disk springs designed for pressing shutoff member to valve seat at preset force. Axial support of drive shaft consists of at least two sections, each being thrust sliding bearing. Axial support of shaft is arranged in lower part of housing in side walls of which additional holes are made for connecting space of lower part of housing with tubing annular space.;EFFECT: improved reliability, increased service life.;10 cl, 3 dwg
