METHOD FRO ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSTICS OF CYSTO-URETERIC REFLUX

FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with prenatal diagnostics of abnormalities in development of fetal urinary system complicated with the development of cysto-ureteric reflux. One should measure pelvic sizes at filling in urinary bladder. Moreover, in fetus in the II-III-trimester of pregnancy one should measure the sizes of urinary bladder and pelves at evacuated bladder and several times in dynamics of natural bladder's filling in both before and after its repeated evacuation. In case of observed widened and further increased pelvic sizes along with increased volume of urinary bladder one should diagnose cysto-ureteric reflux. The innovation enables to perform dynamic testing fetal urinary system during pregnancy to study fetal urodynamics.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of ultrasound diagnostics.;1 ex
