METHOD OF AND DEVICE TO PROVIDE OPERATION OF SUCTION VALVE OF DEEP-WELL SUCKER-ROD PUMP

FIELD: oil producing industry; well sucker-rod pumping units.;SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, flow of produced liquid appearing owing to pressure difference between spaces separated by valve acts onto suction valve in form of floating ball arranged in valve housing over its seat. With suction valve operating, mechanical cleaning of valve space and forced closing of suction valve under action of additional force are provided at pace of pump operation. In case of failure of suction valve, its forced closing is provided by mechanical action onto valve by lower end of plunger together with reciprocation of plunger. Device to provide operation of suction valve of deep-well sucker-rod pump, in valve housing space of which floating ball is fitted over seat with its holder, consists of connected with pump pipes cylinder with central hollow plunger connected with drive sucker rod string arranged in lower end of hollow plunger of delivery valve. In valve space of suction valve upper valve lift limiter with holes to pass produced liquid, valve guide and side longitudinal cavities to pass produced liquid are provided. Upper limiter of suction valve is installed for reciprocating within the limits of valve working stroke and for interaction with lower end of plunger. Guides are made on side surface of suction valve space. Outline of guides corresponds to outline of outer generating surface of upper limiter. Projections are made on valve housing for interaction with support lugs of upper limiter.;EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of suction valve and pump as a whole, and profitableness owing to decrease of underground repairs of wells for reconditioning.;3 cl, 4 dwg
