FIELD: medical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: device has pedicle, head unit, locking ring and cross-bar. Metal cup is manufactured as incomplete sphere having spherical internal surface truncated with cylinder, and polymer inlay having spherical external surface truncated with cylinder having boss in pole area and internal cavity engageable with the head. The locking ring has recess on internal surface for embracing the cross-bar, ring-shaped bevels on both sides and a cut. Ring diameter in free state is less than groove diameter in the inlay. Cylindrical inlay surface has conic groove in equatorial zone having meridian slits reaching it, groove for setting the locking ring and meridian groove between the slits for placing the cross-bar. A groove having ring-shaped bevel on end face for making engagement with the locking ring, is available on cylindrical metal cup surface.
