FIELD: aeronautical engineering.;SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle has fuselage 10 with tail 11, aerodynamic lifting tractor-type propeller mounted at side of tail 11, tail rotor 12 whose rotation shaft 13 is mounted horizontally and is turnable in horizontal plane through angle of 90°; it is also movable in vertical plane. Propeller axle 1 is shifted relative to horizontal plane of symmetry of fuselage 10 to side opposite to tail rotor 12 and is inclined from vertical through angle lesser than 10°.
