The technical solution relates to shipbuilding, in particular, to the field of experimental research process damping torsional vibrations occurring in the machine-marine propeller systems, namely, to the study of the interaction of the internal components of typical liquid friction dampers. The technical result - an increase degree of damping torsional oscillations in different conditions, improved imaging process torsional vibration damping, improved quality estimation in the simulation of internal interaction damper. It is achieved by the fact that in the known device the cover is made of a transparent material such as plexiglass, on the cover and on the flywheel mass deposited scale increments of one degree, cover the top attached two compensating metal rings, in the housing of the damper have threaded holes, for locking the flywheel masses.
