Permeable, catalyst loaded reactive membrane with a pore structure which, by means of the crosslinking of the functional groups of nanoparticles of an organic vinyl polymer with a functional group and contain a stabiliser and an average particle size of 20 - 300 nm, with 15 - 60 mol -% of a polyfunctional cross-linking agent, based on the sum of vinyl monomer and crosslinking agent = 100, is created, with pores having a mean pore radius in the range from 200 – 1000 nm are formed and the catalyst in an amount of up to 5 wt. -%, based on the weight of the sum of polymer and stabilizer in the nanoparticles = 100.
