The positively engaged, releasable hydraulic pipe connection is formed with a connecting body, a wrap or screwing nut and a press ring. In the fitted state, the press ring (1) has at least one bulge (2) running over its inner periphery, which is formed during the pressing-in process into the pipe cover (3) or is already present before the press ring is installed. During installation, the bulge is pressable together radially by a dimension proportional to itss height or corresponding to it. The press ring has a groove running radially around its outer periphery, which is filled with a steel ring, which after production of a ring bulge pressed into the outer pipe cover is locked with the outer ring cover.
