Mobile terminal transmits first request for location region actualizing to first nodal point, which evaluates the request and decides about relocation to second nodal point. In positive case, first nodal point transmits to terminal response containing temporary identity from value region of second nodal point. Response contains also location region identity as first nodal point, not corresponding to actual location region of terminal. Mobile terminal transmits second request for location region actualizing to second nodal point decides about acceptance by specified steps. In positive case, second point transmits corresponding location region actualizing response to mobile terminal. Independent claims are included for mobile communication network.
