The control circuit is for a hydraulic cylinder with an inlet (1) connected to a pressure fluid source and an outlet (2) connected to a user. A main valve (3) sets the maximum fluid pressure and-or flow to the inlet. A through flow valve (4) sets a reduced fluid pressure and-or through flow. A secondary through flow valve (5) sets a lower outlet flow rate and-or pressure. The inlet and outlet can be connected by passages with the main and through flow valves respectively.
