The assembly for the non-contact transfer of micro-dissections (25), cut by a pulsed laser beam (20) with a wavelength of 337 nm from microscopic tissue (15) on a sample carrier (5) over a membrane (10), has a flat or ring-shaped positive electrode in the microscope beam path near the membrane, a ring-shaped electrode (35) between the membrane and the catch vessel (40) and a stronger point electrode (45) at the vessel where the dissection is to be deposited. The laser cutting develops a charge (30) at the edges of the sample, and a suitable voltage from the laser dissection is used for the transfer.
