The device has a cylindrical body (3) with plate (2) to support a component, an adjusting eccentric (4) and an operating eccentric (8), and axial disc (20) between the two. The axial disc is non-turnable relative to one eccentric. The operating eccentric is fixed in position relative to the adjusting eccentric, directly or indirectly, via mainly radial pegs (19a). The axial disc is formed as a friction disc, and is connected positively to the operating eccentric. It is of plastic and has an axially projecting angled edge (25). It acts as torque-limited elastically deformed anti-turning device.
