Reinforcement component for roof slabs to enhance their load bearing capacity comprises vertical steel rods arranged parallel to each other at equal distances by clamps, whereby longitudinal axes of rods lie in direction of load
A reinforcement component comprises vertical rods (3) made of steel, arranged parallel to each other at equal distances by clamps (5,7) including essentially a central clamp (9), whereby longitudinal axes of rods lie in the direction of the applied load. Reinforcement component is cast in the formwork of the roof slab between two supports (15,27). The rods are arranged in the quadrilateral, polygonal, or rectangular plan-layout depending upon the geometry of the underlying support through which the load is passed. The length of the rods corresponds to the thickness of the roof slab. The number of rods is either 8,10,12,14 or 16. The diameter of each rod lies between 20mm to 50 mm or precisely 26.5mm or 36mm.
