Medical X-ray method for recording over-long medical digital radiographs, wherein the tube is pivoted between recordings and the resultant recordings combined after appropriate processing

Method for recording over-long radiographic images using digital detector systems in which the X-ray tube is pivoted between images so that different areas of the patient are recorded with a small overlap area between the different images. Rotation and displacement are equalized using standard algorithms. A single image is finally formed by combination of the partial images.
