The hand pad includes a wrist support which is fastened to the underside of a wrist strap by a Velcro or hook and eye fastener strip. The wrist support thus stays underneath the wrist regardless of the direction in which the user moves his hand. The wrist strap can have a decorative function e.g. provided with fancy details or jewellery or images or can be a wrist watch.
