A shiftable cleaning tool (21) is arranged on a chassis (31) to scrape dung (27) off the slatted floor (11) of the stable. The tool has a front chamber (14) having a rear wall (22) and a cover (24), and a rear chamber (15) with a corresponding rear wall (23). The rear chamber is shiftable with respect to the front chamber. An independent claim is also included for a cleaning tool.
