A hub dynamo (1) has hub axle made of non magnetic field conducting metal e.g. stainless steel. The hub axle is provided with axial bore (8) and eccentric cam space (24). The metallic and ceramic ring permanent magnet (5) oscillates in the axial bore and has induction coil that can be installed with velocity or acceleration sensor, over which electric energy can be guided. The dynamo also is permanently fixed with a pressure spring (18). The ring permanent magnet is driven with the eccentric tappet (4) across the eccentric shaft (2) and the teeth gear (21) that stays in contact with the indentation of the front gear rim. The pull cable can be pulled and due to that the bellows (11) gets restricted whilst driving, in order to deactivate the undesired and additional drive efficiency by mechanic separation of ring permanent magnet from the eccentric tappet at the time of un-required dynamo, since the teeth gear rotates with low friction with front gear rim. The bellows is hermetically sealed from its bellow flanged rim (16) on the edge of the thread cover (15).
