The device consists of a frame (11) with intake (112) and outlet (113) for the cooling air, and a ventilator (12), to influence the direction of flow of waste heat. Air deflection is via inward projecting guide elements (111) located on the inside of the outlet. The elements are formed by deflector/guide plates directed at an angle to the radial direction.
