The device for the leading through of at least one cable, pipe or similar through the wall of a building has a protective conduit extending through the wall and fastened on it or in it, and with a sealing device through which the cable or pipe is guided. The sealing device (10) is installed in an inner conduit (1) which is slidable in the protective conduit (4) and sealed in relation to it. The inner conduit has an outside diameter which is slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the protective conduit.
